Canada’s document authentication, legalization, attestation & apostille Ottawa service, making document Globally effective Easily-Accurately-Fast.

Countries recognize the Chamber of Commerce as a credible organization and require that the Chamber of Commerce authenticate business documents with their stamp or seal in order to be legally acknowledged.

The Chamber of Commerce is a business network: a local organization of businesses whose goal is to further the interests of businesses. Business owners in towns and cities form these local societies to advocate on behalf of the business community.
A chamber of commerce is not a governmental body or institution, and has no direct role in the writing and passage of laws and regulations that affect businesses. It may, however, act as a lobby in an attempt to get laws passed that are favorable to businesses.

The Chamber of Commerce can attest a variety of documents, such as:

  • Visa letters – required when applying for a travel visa to Saudi Arabia with Letter of Invitation.
  • Certificates of Origin – A Certificate of Origin is a document confirming that goods and merchandise exported in a shipment have been wholly obtained, manufactured, or processed in a specific country. Certificates of Origin might be requested by customs supervision and control, importers, freight forwarders, or banks for clearance of letters of credit.
